TRANSFORMING HEALTH THROUGH AYURVEDA

Abstract Ayurveda, an ancient holistic system of medicine, emphasizes balance of Doshas, Dhatus, Malas, Agni, and Ojas for sustaining health. In the modern era, rapid industrialization, pollution, nutritional deficiencies, and lifestyle irregularities have contributed substantially to the global rise in noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). With lifestyle disorders now responsible for over 60% of deaths in India, there is a renewed interest in Ayurved’s preventive and promotive health strategies.
