CHORIOANGIOMA - A RARE CAUSE OF POLYHYDRAMNIOS: A CASE REPORT

Abstract Chorioangioma is a benign neoplasm of placenta, consisting of a vascular mass arising from primitive chorionic mesenchyme; presentation varying from asymptomatic small chorioangiomas (< 5 cm) to symptomatic large chorioangiomas (> 10 cm). We report a patient with large chorioangioma and polyhydramnios and neonatal thrombocytopenia with a successful outcome.
