Abstract Looking beyond mainstream medicine, plant-based treatments are now widely recognized for offering health benefits while posing fewer risks than conventional drugs. Because they tend to produce milder reactions, herbal solutions attract growing attention in managing resistant bacteria. Oils drawn from plants show power against many types of microbes, sparking curiosity about how nature might fill gaps left by lab-made medicines.Instead of relying solely on chemical compounds, researchers examine specific green sources like Thymus vulgaris, Salvia officinalis, and Cymbopogon citratus for real-world usefulness. While rooted in ancient practices, these species reveal modern promise through scientific study into their makeup and function. Each herb brings unique qualities worth reviewing carefully. Alongside potency data comes analysis of safe dosage levels and possible dangers tied to misuse. Even so, results point toward viable paths where such plants could help form next-generation infection fighters. Though not replacements overnight, these botanical options stand out as tools that future medical plans might rely upon more heavily.
