SYNTHESIS OF DEHYDRO PEPTIDES AND EVALUATED THEIR ANTIMICROBIAL & ANTHELMENTIC ACTIVITY

Abstract

Peptides have emerged as sructurally novel anti-microbial and anthelminthics. Therefore various N-2-(Benzoylamino)-3-(substituted ohenyl-1-oxo 2-propenyl) dehydro serines and dehydro threonines. The stuctures of title compounds were synthesized established by IR, 1HNMR. The newly developed compounds evaluated for their antibacterial and anthelminthic activity.
