The aim of our study is to do the phytochemical of the crude extract, ethanolic extract, methanolic extract, aqueous extract and to compare them. Its wide consumption and use in traditional medicine encourages us to realize a phytochemical screening of the crude, methanolic, ethanolic and aqueous extract. the main classes of secondary metabolisms mainly polyphenols, saponins, flavonoids, tannins, Sterols, terpenes and alkaloids were research. The triphytochemical screening of the extracts studied of Cola nitida revealed that polyphenol are present in large amounts with leucoanthocyane, taninn catechin, tanin gallic, and flavonoids. Other classes are present in small quantities: alkaloïds, saponin, sterols and terpenes. However, the extracts tested negative for the presence of alkaloïds dragendorff. This study was showed that it is important to conduct research with the ethanolic extract to improve the production of medicines.
