INTERACTIONS ANALYSIS OF FOUR CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC DRUGS VS. NITROGENOUS BASES OF DNA AND RNA, USING QUANTUM METHODS.
M. González-Pérez*
Abstract Cyclophosphamide (CPA), Melphalan (MPH) Chlorambucil (CHB) and, Ifosfamide (IPA) are commonly used in Chemotherapy. In this research, it studied the ECTs of each vs. ETC of Nicotine (Nic). It used the Semi-Empirical Parameters Method 3 (SE-PM3) to perform all necessary quantum calculations. It found that these four Chemotherapeutic Drugs (ChD) had their ETCs most higher than Nic. Because of this finding, we conclude that this four ChD can chemically attack all of the Nitrogenous Bases (NB). As is known, these attacks can produce unwanted mutations that are not selective for cancer cells. Please stop this kind of chemotherapy. We seek other better alternatives. Keywords: Cyclophosphamide (CPA), Melphalan (MPH) Chlorambucil (CHB) and, Ifosfamide (IPA). [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
