The current results showed that IgM antibody of anti toxoplasma among group II (32.2%)29 out of 90 was higher than group I which was (20%) 18 out of 90 women, whereas, anti rubella IgM among group I was (55.5%)50 out of 90 was higher than group II (45.5%) 41 out of 90 , furthermore, IgM in anti CMV among group I was (51.1%) 46 out of 90, also higher than group II (35.5%) 32 out of 90. While, IgG among group I for both of anti toxoplasma and anti rubella (66.6%), (84.4%) was higher than group II which was (61.1%), (76.6%) respectively, but in anti CMV IgG in group II (87.7%) was higher than group I(74.4%). Anti toxoplasma, anti rubella and anti CMV were 9,25,30 out of 90 in group I and 17, 21, 32 out of 90 in group II.
