Abstract

The current investigation in the field of drug discovery and development attentive on the synthesis, characterization and biological evaluation of some new substituted isoxazoles as potential drugs against various pathological diseases. The present review focuses on the methods preparation, molecular spectroscopy and biological activities of various substituted isoxazoles. This review summarizes substituted isoxazoles which were bioactive.
