Abstract Rationale of the StudyA lot of efforts are now ongoing to develop and understand themechanisms of Diabetes, the disease that is affecting more and morepeople worldwide. Multiple researches were done to produce a drugsynthetically or organically available.Diabetes mellitus is a disease in which there is failing in pancreaticperformance, a part of the human body that is known to produceinsulin and is responsible for breaking down and utilizing sugars in thebody. In people with diabetes, glucose levels build up in the blood andurine, causing excessive urination, thirst and hunger, commonlyassociated with problems in fat and protein metabolism, andlater it causes known complications such as Renal failure, diabeticretinopathy, diabetic foot, hypertension and sometimes coma and death.The study aims to identify and develop a new line of drug that is safe and effective.
