The Antimicrobial activity was assessed against Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria namely Staphylococcus Aureus(gram positive), Proteus Vulgaris (gram negative) and Salmonella Typhi (gram negative) by using Agar well diffusion method. MIC (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) value of 50% hydro-alcohalic extract of Haritaki (Fruit), Amalaki (Fruit), Citraka (Root) Amalakyadi-gana against Staphylococcus Aureus, Proteus Vulgaris and Salmonella Typhi were calculated.
