Abstract
ABSTRACTEffect of solvent, temperature, pH and time on extraction process ofanti thiamine factor present in Abrusprecatorius Linn.leaveswasstudied. Results showed that extraction of leaves of AbrusprecatoriusLinnwith 50% acetone –water mixture at 400C for one hour at pH 3.0had maximum anti thiamine activity in in vitro experiments
